State-issued Marijuana Cards
State-issued marijuana cards given to people who have a doctor's endorsement will be valid for 2 years. Applicants also must show proof of residence, like a driver's license or state ID.
What is a Chronic Disease?
A chronic or debilitating disease or medical condition or its treatment that produces 1 or more of the following: cachexia or wasting syndrome; severe and chronic pain; severe nausea; seizures, including epilepsy; severe and persistent muscle spasms, including those characteristic of multiple sclerosis.
